Our door is literally always open but in the spring we have dinners to which we specifically invite sophomore (and junior) prospective members. To support independent upperclassmen, our membership typically comprises only juniors and seniors; however, underclassmen and graduate students are welcome to join our waitlist. To maintain continuity, our membership comprises an approximately equal number of juniors and seniors. We use a lottery system to draw people from our waitlist.
